How do I check the status of an order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information.

How fast is the shipping & Fulfillment?

We want you to be happy with your order. You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped – please allow a couple of days for processing. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 15 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

In some cases, backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship items ordered out to you as soon as possible. You can expect to receive a notification that your order has been packed within 5 business days.

RETURNS

All the products are final, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at churchtgcc@gmail.com. We do not accept defective or incorrect item refunds after 7 days of you receiving it. If product is damaged on arrival, please send us an email first with your order number, details of the product, image of the part of defect and your order invoice. Eligible returns must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price will be refunded.
